The Vault
Not just tables. The story of the league — how it started, when the belt showed up, the drafts people still argue about, and the seasons nobody lets you forget.
League Timeline
2000s
- 2003Founding
The Sunday Hu$tle is founded
A handful of friends, a paper draft board and a season-long argument that never really ended. Everything on this site traces back to that first fall.
2010s
- 2011Era
The record books open
Week-by-week scores start getting logged. Every blowout, collapse and one-point heartbreak from here forward is on the permanent record.
- 2017Trophy
The Kenny Powers award is born
The league needed a trophy for the loudest disaster of the year — all mouth, no results. Jorge Salcedo took the very first one.
- 2019Era
Ten teams, locked in
The league settles into its modern shape: ten owners, a full playoff bracket and a Toilet Bowl nobody wants to attend.
2020s
- 2021Trophy
The championship belt arrives
Rings are for the trophy case. The belt is for the group chat. Since it showed up, the belt has been the single symbol of a Hu$tle champion.
- 2023Draft
Draft day becomes an event
Backyard, pool, catered spread, live lottery. The draft stops being a phone call and becomes the biggest day on the calendar.
- 2025Disaster
The 0-14 season
Brad Realmuto authors the first winless season in league history. Fourteen games, fourteen losses, and a permanent entry in the record book.
- 2026Roster
23 seasons end, a rookie arrives
Jorge Salcedo steps away after 23 seasons and Matt Hirahara takes over the franchise. First new blood in years.
